Our Item/s will be delivered to you by Royal Mail. All items are dispatched to you Royal Mail First Class unless otherwise stated. This information can be found in the item description box for each individual product. Royal Mail First Class delivery times can vary considerably. If you have concerns about delivery times and require your item/s to be delivered urgently and by a certain date, please contact us ASAP so we are aware of this and can advise you accordingly.
The Guaranteed Scheduled Delivery option will guarantee the delivery of your item by your required date.
We use fine quality materials for our products - our Mulberry flowers are made from acid and lignin free, ethically sourced materials . Due to the individual nature of our flowers and ribbons they can vary in colour and style and from the images shown. Our online images are representative as far as possible to the item you will receive, however items are individually made to order and can therefore vary slightly from the images shown .
Our Card and Paper Stock is all acid and lignin free and is all FSC Certified
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our items are personalized especially for you and made to order. Most of our items are made to your specifications and due to their custom nature are non refundable.
However where a refund has been offered by our company in respect of an order the item should be returned to us and received by us within 4 weeks of the original purchase date. In this instance You would then be refunded the item price MINUS the original shipping costs.
Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
