Processing Time is the time we need to prepare your order for dispatch. These times vary depending on the product/s selected. The Processing Time can be found in the product description box for each item. If you need your item urgently then please leave a note when ordering or call/email us to confirm when your
item will be shipped.
If your item is required urgently please inform us as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you. You might also consider a scheduled delivery option
Your Item/s will be delivered to you by Royal Mail. All items are dispatched to you First Class Post unless otherwise stated. This information can be found in the item description box.
The delivery time depends on your chosen delivery method. There are more delivery options available at checkout: First Class Signed For and Guaranteed Scheduled Delivery.
If you require your item/s to be delivered urgently and by a certain date, the Guaranteed Scheduled Delivery option will guarantee the delivery of your item by your required date.
Most of our items are made to your specifications and due to their custom nature are non refundable.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
Customized or Personalized orders
Perishable goods ie food/ flowers etc
We do accept returns on non personalized/ non bespoke items. This is subject to the item/s being retuned to us in their original condition and received by us within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you place an order by mistake and wish to cancel your order then please do so within two hours of purchase.
