Can My Items Be Personalized?

It is possible to adapt & personalize most items. ie change ribbon colours, add your own wording etc. There is a personalization box on the order form for you to leave your instructions for the wording you require.

I Need My Item/s Urgently. How Soon Will They Arrive?

This will depend on the shipping options you select at checkout. Royal Mail shipping times can vary so if you need your order to arrive by a specific date then you might consider a Guaranteed Scheduled Delivery option.

Can My Order Be Posted Direct To Recipient?

Yes - it is possible to have your item/s sent directly to your recipient. Please make sure that you leave the relevant shipping address  when placing your order.
When your item is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation.

I Placed My Order By Mistake. Can I Cancel?

If you placed your order by mistake it is possible to cancel the order. Please contact us within two hours of placing your order and we will issue a refund for your purchase.

How Will My Order Be Packaged?

Your items will be carefully wrapped in tissue & packed securely in sturdy postage boxes or bookwrap mailers depending on the items purchased.
